Broccoli and Cheese Quiche

Broccoli 16 ounces
Chicken broth (protein supplement) 1 pkg.
Water 1/2 cup
Cheddar Cheese 8 ounces
Eggs 4
Onion Powder 1 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Pepper 1 tsp.
Cook the broccoli. Beat the eggs and add the chicken broth dissolved in
the water. Beat again. Put the broccoli in a casserole sprayed with PAM.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the broccoli and then pour the egg
mixture (beaten well) over the broccoli and cheese. Season to taste.
Bake until top is brown. Let set for 10 minutes. Bake at 350° F. Serves 3
