Gastric Lap Band

Dr. Burke provides pre and post operative care for patients with gastric lap bands. This includes lap band adjustments, nutritional counselling and managing any complications or side effects.

Please have your Alberta Health Care Card with you for your first appointment.

Please note that the Lap Band Adjustment procedure itself is not covered by Alberta Health Care. Depending on who your surgical team was there may be an additional fee for an adjustment.
